We are Haringey's competitive and friendly swimming club, providing quality swimming teaching and coaching. The club offers a pathway for development in swimming from its 'Learn to swim programme' to its competitive squads.
You can join our teaching and coaching sessions at Tottenham Green and Park Road Leisure Centres.
Our mission is to develop competitive swimming within Haringey Borough by providing opportunity, through training, for each member to achieve their full potential
The club is affiliated to the Amateur Swimming Association (ASA) through the London region.

Presentation disco pictures (added 1st Feb 2012)
Thank you to all the swimmers and their families who came to the presentation disco to celebrate the achievements of Haringey Aquatics swimmers at the Winter Championships, tucked into great food and had fun! We also welcomed a special visitor, a former Haringey swimmer - Debi Hunt - who has kindly donated a new trophy for 'Outstanding Effort' which was awarded to Alfie Lucas. ASA membership 2012 : payment due (update 3rd February)
ASA membership should have been paid by the end of January, if you not yet paid, please pay is ASAP . You can make payments to Linda, Carol & Sharon (cash/cheques) and cheques should be made payable to 'Haringey Aquatics'. If parents wish to make payment by bank transfer (bank details as for Standing Orders) they must email Linda lindas_hbsc@hotmail.com to let the club they are making payment this way. 2012 ASA Registration costs are:
- Category 1 £10.40 Learn2Swim and Development Squad (Levels 8 )
- Category 2 £27.20 Level 9 &10 Developemnt Squad, Squad, Performance Squad
- Category 3 £4.20 Officials and Poolside Helpers
This amount is to cover the club/swimmers for insurance purposes, all clubs have to pay or their affiliation to the ASA will cease.
Haringey Aquatics Annual General Meeting (update 11th Jan 2012)
The AGM will be held on Monday 20th February 2012, Silver Room, Tottenham Green Pool, please arrive from 7pm for a 7.15 start, light refreshments will be available . Presentation of some trophies to swimmers will be made at 8.45pm.

Squad Time Trials (added 26th Jan 2012)
The next time Squad trials will take place at Park Road
on Friday February 17th 2012 @ 7pm. 100m Freestyle and 100m Backstroke. Lets
make sure the yellow highlighter is used!
Development Squad Time Trials (added 27th Jan 2012)
Development squa time tirals wil take place on Wednesday 29th February, at Park Road, strtring at 6pm and finishing at 8pm. he TTs will be 25m all strokes. All development squad swimmers are invited.
Wednesday 29th February 2012: Changes to Park Road squad sessions(addedd 27th Jan 2012)
The developmment squad time trials means that there will be no squad sessions at Park Road on Wednesday 29th February .The Park Road squad swimmers are invited to swim at Tottenham Green Pool instead .Park Road Lanes 2,3,4 and 5 will swim from 6-7pm. Park Road Lane 1 will swim from 7-9pm.
Development Squad Assessment Day: 6pm Friday 24th February @Park Road Pool (added 29th Jan 2012)
All swimmers that have passed Stage 7 NPTS are invited to try out for the Development Squad at Park Road. The trial is 6pm on Friday February 24th @ Park Road and will take 1 hour. Just turn up on poolside ready to go!

The age groups for the gala are 9yrs, U11, U12 and U13. This is a

Middlesex County Autumn Development Meet at Southbury Road Pool, Enfield, 3rd and 4th December 2011 (added 6th Dec 2011)
Fifteen HA swimmers took to the water and produced some excellent results. Twenty medals were won and six speeding tickets secured, with loads of finalist rosettes and some big PBs also achieved! The next Development Meet is on 15/21/22 April 2012. Qualifying standards for that one should be less demanding, and the coaches are hoping we can beat the entry of over 40 swimmers we had this year. So keep your diary clear!

A busy weekend for Haringey Aquatics saw the development squad and squad swimmers competing in the Winter Club Championships. Congratulations to all the medal and ribbon winners - these will be presented at the Club Presentation Disco in January (see above for details). Thank you to all the officials, time keepers and assorted helpers without which there would be no Club Championships.
Arena League 2011: Haringey Aquatics hit their target for 2011 (update 24th Jan 2012)
Haringey Aquatics set out to achieve 8th place in Division Two of the London Region and that is exactly what we did! - look in the Newsletter for more inforamtion and pictures of the galas.
